HOV Performance Monitoring Plan for the Georgia Department of Transportation
Project Description
The Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) developed a comprehensive data collection and reporting program to monitor the effectiveness of high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). The project team recommended to GDOT a performance monitoring program with requirements for HOV data collection and reporting. TTI was responsible for producing Guidelines for Data Collection and Monitoring HOV System Performance for the Georgia HOV System.
