HOV and Managed Lane Technical Assistance
Project Description
The Arlington office has provided technical assistance in the planning, operations, conceptual design and evaluation of high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) facilities for the Dallas, Fort Worth and El Paso Districts. This technical support has also been provided to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), including data collection services. This assistance is now being provided for managed lane facilities such as IH 30 West and IH 635 LBJ Freeway.
