Traffic Management and ITS Technical Assistance

Project Description

Arlington office staff have provided traffic management and intelligent transportation system (ITS) support to the Dallas and Fort Worth Districts. This technical support has primarily been provided through attendance and technology transfer activities at monthly traffic management team (TMT) meetings and development of ITS plans for both Districts. Other activities include ramp metering analysis, incident management assistance, and technology evaluation.
