Abstract:
This document provides guidelines and recommended action items for Texas Department of Transportation in the pursuit of the most appropriate way to handle the administration concerns of ownership of traffic management center (TMC) information, revenue opportunities associated with the data, and contractual agreements among agencies involved in the collection and dissemination of traffic management center data.
