Abstract:
This document provides interim guidelines and recommended action items for TxDOT in the pursuit of the most appropriate way to handle the administrative concerns of ownership to traffic management center (TMC) information, revenue opportunities associated with the data, and contractual agreements among agencies involved in the collection and dissemination of TMC data.
