Abstract:
This operator's manual discusses use of the FlexPrep twin blade saw, which is a laboratory cutting machine used for sawing asphaltic materials into lab specimens for evaluating flexible pavement overlays in the overlay tester. The manual gives instructions on unpacking and setup, normal operations, emergency operations, maintenance, adjustments, calibration, and troubleshooting. It also provides specifications, hardware revision history, warranty information, specific machine data, and a keypad module re-flash maintenance log form.
