Abstract:
This product proposes a Texas Department of Transportation test procedure for a surface treatment bond test. The test procedure is used to determine the bond strength characteristics of the interfaces between the surface of a stabilized base layer, prime coat, and surface treatment. The procedure describes sample preparation and specimen testing, and reports maximum load and failure location.
