North Region ROW Tool Implementation Workshop (5-5534-01-P1)

The North Region ROW Tool Workshop is the second of four regional workshops funded under an implementation project sponsored by the Texas Department of Transportation Research and Technology Implementation Office. Through this workshop, the researchers introduced right-of-way (ROW) district personnel to two new ROW acquisition software tools, TAMSIM and EROW. Researchers shared their analyses of parcel-acquisition possibilities for a Dallas District project. Through these analyses, the ROW district offices can better strategize acquisition activities. The research team also obtained feedback on these tools from district ROW personnel. This PowerPoint presentation highlights the capabilities of both TAMSIM and EROW. The researchers provide TAMSIM and EROW practical exercises and simulation tool walkthroughs.
