TTI has developed innovative software solutions for sponsors at the local, state, and federal levels. Programs have become standards for use in the transportation industry like:

• Progression Analysis and Signal System Evaluation Routine (PASSER),
• Computer Aided Transportation Software (C.A.T.S.),
• MicroBENCOST,
• Transportation Decision Analysis Software (TransDec), and
• QUEWZ-98.

TTI researchers have also created guides for Texas Mobile Source Emissions Software, the Program for Load-Zoning Analysis (PLZA), QUEWZ-98, the Overweight Truck Route Analysis (OTRA) Program, and countless others.
