  2. Continue to seek and employ top-quality researchers and support staff.

Education  
1. Support Academic Programs
  1. Employ graduate and undergraduate students as researchers and support staff.
  2. Deliver new technology directly to classroom.
  3. Provide research opportunities for graduate students
2. Support Continuing Education
  1. Provide lectures and seminars on new technology to technical societies and trade groups.
  2. Publish technologies, methods and scientific relationships as well as results of research studies.
Technology Transfer  
1. Facilitate Implementation of Research
  1. Publish results of research studies.
  2. Encourage individuals to serve on committees and task forces of technical and professional societies and trade organizations.
  3. Translate research results to implementation technology.
2. Provide Technical Expertise to Industry
  1. Develop new hardware for roadside safety appurtenances and license to industry for implementation.
  2. Provide technical expertise in support of industry programs.
  3. Provide compliance testing capabilities to industry and user agencies.
