TTI Supports the 44th Texas Aviation Conference

Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI) personnel supported the 44th Texas Aviation Conference, hosted by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division in Frisco from March 31 to April 3, 2026. The annual event, supported by the Texas Airports Council, brought together roughly 500 aviation officials from more than 20 states to discuss current industry challenges, trends and innovations.

TTI played a key role in supporting the conference, helping ensure that speakers, sessions, workshops and facilities met the needs of attendees. Program coordination and oversight of the technical program were provided by TTI Associate Research Scientist Jacqueline Kuzio. The Events Management team, led by Stephanie Kovar, supported conference logistics, with Madison Berger serving as the lead coordinator and Jenna Scoggins providing support.

Beyond logistics, TTI also supported content development and communications. Gracie McMahan, managing editor of TxDOT’s Aviation Division Wingtips magazine, attended to gather material for an upcoming issue, and the TTI video team produced award announcement videos for the Texas Aviation Awards Program, highlighting projects and partners across the state. Additional attendees included Harshit Shukla, Clayton Treybig, Arvind Devadas, Garrett Dorsett and Katie Turnbull.

Together, these efforts helped make the conference a forum for collaboration and information sharing across the aviation community.
