TxDOT will conduct briefings around the state for small and minority-owned businesses providing contract opportunities and information on how to do business with TxDOT and with the State of Texas. The briefings will provide General Industry Sessions to include specific information on doing business in the construction, goods & services, information technology and professional engineering service industries. Breakout Sessions will cover small and minority-owned business certifications, resources for small business development, and business marketing for state contracts.
Dress for the conference will be business/business casual.

Please Note: Payment is due by the registration deadline above. Companies who have failed to pay will be removed from the registration system and must register on-site for $60 as space allows.
You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-SBB13 and mail your payment to Event Management & Planning (EM&P). EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards online or over the phone.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI-EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
The following cancellation schedule is set up for those that may need to cancel their registration. Each location has a different cancellation cutoff date. To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received in writing (via postal mail and/or email) to EM&P by 12:00 noon on or before the cancellation cutoff date.

No refunds will be made if the cancellation request is made after the cutoff date, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please e-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. At any time, if the registered participant cannot attend this conference, someone else may attend in his/her place or you may opt to attend the next Small Business Briefing within the same fiscal year, should one be available.
On-site registration is available beginning at 7:30 a.m. on the day of the event for a fee of $60 payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) only.
Cash and checks will not be accepted on-site.
