Exhibitor Registration Information

The registration fee through April 28, 2017 is $500 for a tabletop booth. After April 28, 2017, the registration fee will be assessed a $100 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Registration at the event will be an additional $100 so please register now.

Each booth will be supplied with (1) six foot draped and skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, one electrical outlet, and Wi-Fi access. For any extra electrical, computer, or equipment needs please order these directly through the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas. You can reach out to Renee Reagan at rreagan@omnihotels.com.

Exhibitor registration may not be available on-site. Exhibitors must register by April 28, 2017, assuming space is still available.

Payment

Payment must be postmarked by April 28, 2017 to avoid the late fee. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-Safety17. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Note:

  • There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the booth you desire!
  • Exhibitor registration fee covers conference participation for ONE booth representative. (ONE representative will receive participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, and the lunch).
  • Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant. All meals are included in the conference registration fee.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm, April 28, 2017 will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after April 28, 2017.

Activities

The Exhibitors Welcome Reception is on Wednesday, June 7, 2017. Exhibitors and sponsors will receive special recognition at this time. A luncheon will be hosted at the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas Thursday, June 8, 2017.
