Jessica VanDenBogaert combines a communicator’s creativity with an ability to bridge technical complexities, creating practical solutions which are implementable and shareable. She is a strategic thinker and innovator, breathing new life into legacy programs and products. Her diverse portfolio includes transforming the FDOT Source Book into an interactive data visualization platform, leading the development of the next generation of statewide mobility performance measure reporting, modernizing FDOT's planning survey program, and coordinating responses to federal performance measure requirements.

With her comprehensive transportation experience, Jessica consistently delivers projects that enhance accessibility to data, align strategies with stakeholder needs, and effectively communicate technical information.
