Kelly Eades is a Research Specialist III with extensive experience guiding principal investigators through the full project lifecycle—from proposal development and budget design to award management and financial oversight and forecasting. She develops strategic, adaptable budgeting tools that enable informed decision-making, strengthen fiscal stewardship, and proactively mitigate risk.

In addition, Kelly specializes in transforming complex data into clear, compelling visual products, with particular expertise in cartographic design. Using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, she creates high-quality maps, dashboards, web applications and reports for technical reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

She also leads the development of sponsor-facing materials, refining reports, presentations, and data visualizations to meet branding and accessibility standards, including Section 508 compliance. Known for solving complex challenges and streamlining workflows, Kelly is a trusted partner in navigating multifaceted project environments.
