Peter Rafferty, PE, PTOE, AICP, PMP, ENV SP, is a Senior Research Engineer with the TTI Planning Group working across modes. He brings decades of experience in planning, engineering, and management across both consulting and academia. His focus is on improving multimodal access and mobility outcomes by leveraging evidence-based innovations. His planning and engineering background includes TSMO, performance management, ITS, systems engineering, organizational improvement, CAV/CAT, and emerging technologies.
