Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Support:

Provide advanced administrative support tailored to regional program needs.

Manage correspondence via email and participated in virtual meetings to ensure efficient program communication.

Develop presentations for stakeholder engagement and educational purposes.

Utilize Salesforce to track program activities, engagement metrics, and stakeholder interactions.
