Overview

Join supply chain experts from the Texas A&M Transportation Institute, Harvard Kennedy School, InterAmerican Development Bank and Tecnológico de Monterrey for an exclusive in-person workshop on building more agile and resilient supply chains.

The program opens with lightning briefings on agile supply chain principles, resilience strategies and timely topics like the nearshoring/onshoring dilemma. You’ll explore real-world examples of agility in action and gain a structured framework to help you balance efficiency and flexibility in your own operations.

Global supply chains are being reshaped by trade tensions, geopolitical risks and shifting economics. These forces create uncertainty in demand, increase costs and challenge traditional performance models. Historically, efficiency has often meant rigid systems — limited suppliers, centralized networks and inflexible contracts. In today’s environment, that rigidity can make supply chains more vulnerable. Flexibility is now essential to surviving and thriving.

This workshop equips you with the tools, case studies and decision-making strategies you need to design systems that can adapt, respond and seize opportunities in an unpredictable world. Reserve your spot today and leave with a clear roadmap to make your supply chain more robust, resilient and ready for whatever comes next.
