May 13-20 is the 7th annual Infrastructure Week. This year’s message emphasizes that America’s future will be shaped by the infrastructure choices we make today. So let’s #BuildForTomorrow.
The Center for Infrastructure Renewal (CIR), located on the RELLIS Campus, is a state-of-the-art research center that is the leading source for developing transformative infrastructure solutions. The center provides the facilities and the multidisciplinary research environments for attracting significant cross-industry and government agency participation, and educating the 21st century workforce needed to build and operate this new infrastructure. The research conducted at the CIR improves the safety, security, longevity, efficiency, performance, resiliency, financial feasibility and sustainability of our state and national infrastructure.
