Abstract:

The performance-planning tool developed as part of this project is intended for use with the guidebook for establishing and using rural performance-based transportation system assessment, monitoring, planning, and programming to support the rural planning organization (RPO), the Texas Department of Transportation's (TxDOT's) districts, and statewide long-range planning effort.
