Traffic Analysis Section Strategic Plan Survey The Traffic Analysis Section is developing a strategic plan to follow up on a directive from TxDOT leadership to support TxDOT’s strategic plan and to enable the Section to function more effectively and efficiently. This initiative will also improve the Section’s communication and coordination activities. A strategic plan is broadly defined as a plan that provides the overall direction and goals for an organization or unit. It also establishes strategies on how to achieve these goals and direction in an efficient and effective way. Strategic plan development typically considers an organization’s internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. All T-Section staff will be involved in the development of the strategic plan. This survey is the first opportunity to provide input to the strategic planning process. The survey is set up in such a way that all responses are anonymous, and no individually identifying information will be collected. Please answer the questions below.
