Christine Yager is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Principal Investigator in the Traffic Control Devices Program at TTI. She has over 13 years of experience leading driver behavior, human factors, and technology-enabled transportation safety studies and serves as an expert witness on cases that involve distraction, hazard perception, visibility, and young driver crashes. She has published research on distracted driving and has managed multi-year, multi-sponsor transportation safety research portfolios, including projects involving IRB-governed human subjects studies, driving simulator and instrumented vehicle evaluations, eye-tracking research, controlled visibility laboratory experiments, and nationwide survey and observational data collection. Ms. Yager has extensive experience developing study protocols, overseeing participant recruitment and field observations, managing interdisciplinary technical teams, and producing actionable, practitioner-focused guidance. Across her work, she brings deep expertise in behavior-informed safety evaluation, secure data handling, and translating complex research findings into clear insights for agencies, industry partners, and the legal community.
