Ms. Emma Turner is a Research Assistant at Texas A&M Transportation Institute. Her foundational knowledge of roadway data collection methodologies has been developed in her four years at TTI. Ms. Turner supports the data collection efforts and database management for several FHWA, NCHRP, and TxDOT research projects. She is currently working on multiple safety research projects related to pedestrian and intersection crash modification factors, motor vehicle speed management countermeasures, and the implementation of innovative intersections.
