Mr. Kevin Hall is currently a Senior Research Scientist located in Austin, Texas. He is currently the Division Head of the Metropolitan and Statewide Planning Division that oversees travel demand forecasting, travel surveys, transportation planning, and the use of non-traditional data to support transportation planning. Prior to becoming Division Head, Kevin was the Travel Forecasting Program Manager. Mr. Hall has been involved with research activities at TTI since 1992 with an emphasis in travel demand forecasting. He continues to provide travel demand forecasting support to the Texas Department of Transportation's (TxDOT), Transportation Planning and Programming (TP&P) Division, TxDOT's District Offices, and Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) around the state.
