Mr. Cooner manages the engineering and planning program in the TTI Fort Worth urban office. Scott currently focuses a significant amount of his professional time and energy serving as a Mobility Coordinator for significant roadway construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with examples including Chisholm Trail Parkway, 7th Street Bridge, SH 170-Alliance Gateway Freeway, SH 199 Lake Worth Bridge, and I-20/I-30 expansion projects in west Fort Worth. Scott's experience includes a wide range of traffic operations and transportation planning activities. He has experience in freeway operations studies, signalized intersection analysis, railroad-highway grade crossing safety, ITS planning, incident management research, simulation modeling, and crash analysis. He has developed extensive expertise in wrong-way driving, median barrier systems and safety around schools. Mr. Cooner received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He has been employed with TTI since August 1995 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
