Lee Mutz has been with Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI) since 2017.  He is currently an Engineering Technician II at the Sediment and Erosion Control Laboratory (SEC Lab).  The TTI SEC Lab is a 21-acre research facility located at the RELLIS Campus in Bryan, Texas.
Lee assists with installation and performance testing of erosion and sediment control products from different companies across the industry.  He is responsible for recording results from product testing to report to TXDOT.
