Neha earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and joined TTI in 2024. As a Research Engineering Associate in the Mobile Source Modeling Program within the Air Quality and Environment Division, she develops Python-based tools to modernize emissions data workflows, supports transportation modeling using TDM data, and contributes to MOVES QA and air quality project automation.
