Jacqueline Kuzio is an Associate Transportation Researcher in the Infrastructure Investment Analysis (IIA) Program at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI). Ms. Kuzio has worked with the IIA program for the past five years and during that time begun work on her Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Science at Texas A&M University. Her current research focuses on transportation technology investment and how those investments can be equitable and just. Before joining TTI, Ms. Kuzio completed her Master’s in Public Administration at The George Bush School of Government and Public Service. Her studies at The Bush School concentrated on state and local government and transportation policy.
During her time at TTI, Ms. Kuzio has worked on a range of projects involving policy analysis, transportation finance, and aviation for the public sector. Her experience includes survey development, deployment, and analysis including for an Aviation Cooperative Research Program project researching public-private partnerships at general aviation airports. Other projects include legal reviews relating to the right-of-way, economic impact assessments for various modes in both the public and private sector, and economics and finance research. Ms. Kuzio’s Ph.D. research focuses on the equitable deployment of transportation technologies with an emphasis on emerging technologies such as autonomous vehicles
