Infrastructure Group

TTI teams develop transformative infrastructure solutions to build and rehabilitate the nation’s pavements, bridges and structures and improve their resiliency.

Infrastructure Divisions

Materials and Pavement

The Materials and Pavements (M&P) Division conducts a coordinated and extensive program of research to design, develop and evaluate new pavement materials, techniques, equipment and test procedures. Research focuses on improving the durability, safety and efficiency of pavement materials and structures within both economic and environmental constraints.

Construction, Geotechnical and Structures

The Construction, Geotechnical and Structures Division of The Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI) consists of three programs: Construction Engineering and Management, Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental and Major Highway Structures.

These groups collaborate to maximize value to all parties involved in the planning, design, construction, renewal and decommissioning of constructed facilities.
