Short Biography

Mihir Kulkarni is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M University. He has been with TTI since 2023 and is currently a graduate assistant research in the Environment Modeling program within the Air Quality and Environment Division.
