Short Biography

Kelly West has been with TTI since 1992 and is currently serving as a senior communications specialist and project manager in the Communications Division. She serves as the principal investigator of the research support contract that provides digital outreach products and technology transfer services to for the Texas Department of Transportation research program. Her experience includes writing, editing, and overseeing production teams for both print and electronic products, including manuals, guidelines, handbooks, newsletters, brochures, fact sheets, posters, calendars, technical reports, video scripts and full production videos, technical articles, web-based training courses, and website content. She is formally trained in developing information for online publications through the nationally recognized course, Information Mapping®, which focuses on revising and structuring technical information to optimize its presentation for instructional/education purposes. She received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2016.
