Short Biography

Ginger Goodin is Senior Research Engineer in TTI's Austin Office and a Texas A&M University Regents Fellow. With a public service career at both the municipal and university levels, she brings over 30 years of experience in transportation engineering and applied research. She has a comprehensive understanding of state and local transportation planning and a unique perspective on public policy issues. From 2013 to 2017 she served as Director of TTI’s Transportation Policy Research Center, providing independent transportation policy research support to the Texas State Legislature. Her current efforts at TTI center on coordinating state legislative affairs, performing sponsored research in transportation policy, and developing a transportation-focused innovation hub at Texas A&M in collaboration with the College of Engineering and Mays Business School.
