Short Biography
Kai-Wei (Victor) Liu is a devotee of scalable measures for novelties and existent bottlenecks in civil engineering materials. His coveted success in material construction and characterization embraces the infrastructural-composite relevancy. His latest research portfolio includes but is not limited to Portland cement or asphalt concrete’s eligible hardiness for deterioration, engineered aggregates, observational adequacy for infrastructure materials, and conversions of high-to-low CO2-emission in Portland cement industry.
Kai-Wei (Victor) Liu serves as Editorial Member and Reviewer for a variety of journals and conferences ranging from Materials Science and Engineering to Transportation Research Board (TRB). Particularly, he serves as Handling Editor for Transportation Research Record (TRR) and Voting Member for American Concrete Institute Committee 221 (Aggregates). He has also been appointed as a faculty member since 2020.
