Short Biography

Cody Kaecker has been with Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI) since 2021. He is currently an Engineering Technician II at the Sediment and Erosion Control Laboratory (SEC Lab). The TTI SEC Lab is a 21-acre research facility located at the RELLIS Campus in Bryan, Texas, whose main focus is evaluating the efficacy and performance of sediment and erosion control products to be utilized by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Beyond product testing and data collection, he is often tasked with construction of various testing apparatus and tools to increase efficiency at the SEC Lab. He is also tasked the upkeep and maintenance of the 21-acres as well as the equipment to ensure everything is operating effectively and the SEC Lab is presented with the utmost regard to testing standards in the erosion control industry.
