Abstract
This report identifies the transportation preferences and needs of highly skilled workers in Texas, as well as workers being actively recruited to join companies and business establishments in Texas. The researchers achieved this by interviewing various human resource and recruitment profesionals in various careers (e.g., advanced technology, aerospace and defense, information and computer technology, energy, biotechnology and life sciences) that rely heavily on such workers.
