Abstract
This report analyzes a seven month operations and maintenance log that covers ten CCTV cameras in a leased contract with a Public Utility Company that famished and installed all equipment, including the fiber optic cable, and maintains all equipment. A nontechnical evaluation of the video quality is offered. A special events condition was covered where future involvement will be forthcoming. Because of increased SC&C, monitoring staff awareness is investigated.
