House Bill 1016, enacted by the Texas Legislature in 1999, says that state agency reports required by law must be made available to members of the Legislature in an electronic format specified by the Texas Legislative Council. The Legislative Council’s Electronic Format Recommendations document specifies that a state agency should place the required reports on its web site. Listed below are the required reports:

Chief Executive Officer Report under System Regulation 08.01.01
In compliance with the State of Texas Education Code 51.253 and in accordance with System Regulation 08.01.01, TTI’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is required to submit a data report each fall or spring. -
