House Bill 1016, enacted by the Texas Legislature in 1999, says that state agency reports required by law must be made available to members of the Legislature in an electronic format specified by the Texas Legislative Council. The Legislative Council's Electronic Format Recommendations document specifies that a state agency should place the required reports on its web site. Listed below are the required reports:

TTI's Energy Management and Conservation Plan
documents various initiatives implemented which have reduced energy, water, and fuel consumption and ensure employee awareness in related areas.
TTI's Strategic Plan discusses the agency's vision, mission, and philosophy and its plans for fulfilling them. The Texas A&M University System Office of the Vice Chancellor for Planning and System Integration is responsible for developing and evaluating implementation of a strategic plan for the entire A&M System.
